Become a DOT INSTRUCTOR (urine specimen collection)

Prerequisites
• Currently certified as a DOT-qualified urine specimen collector
• Minimum 1 year of error-free experience performing DOT collections
• In-depth understanding of 49 CFR Part 40
• Completion of 5 observed error-free mock collections
• Prior experience training adults or completion of train-the-trainer instruction
• Affiliation or partnership with a DOT-compliant training organization or TPA (if not operating independently)

Will be held via zoom. This is not an in person training. If in person is needed please inquire directly, the price for in person will be more than the virtual price
