HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS
AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. For shipping please allow 7-10 business days. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
We provide shipping! Shipping times depend on your location. If you live locally (Columbia South Carolina), you'll get it faster. If you select local pickup and you’re in the Columbia, South Carolina area, you will be notified via email with pickup times and location. Please enter the correct email address and/or phone number. We will utilize either or to contact you regarding your order. The UPS site states 2-3 working days for UPS GROUND, but does not guarantee, 2-3 business days for domestic delivery.

Personalized (custom) orders take 3-5 business days to create and deliver because
they are made-to-order.
